Punctual
Be online and ready to go at the raid entrance at 18:40. Don't make your fellow raiders wait on you.
Be prepared
Re-read tactics, assignments & double check consumables before raid start.
Perform
Always push yourself, we joke & laugh, but we expect solid work at the keyboard.
Attendance
We require attendance at or above 95% from all raiders. Plan with this in mind.
We run a 30man core team with up to 10 people on bench for any given raid. Benched raiders show up to raid same as a rostered raider until after replacements at 18:50. Below is an example of how our roster/bench works on a wednesday raid night.
Monday
Roster along with benched raiders is announced between 18:30 - 22:00 on discord using raid-helper*
*Groups will be clearly marked rostered or benched.
Wednesday
Raid invites starts at 18:40. 18:50 people not present from rostered groups gets replaced by benched raiders*
*Being a no-show is strongly frowned upon and will lead to removal if repeated.
We run Loot Council as our way of distributing loot with the express goal of increasing raid performance and incentivising people to pump their brains out during raid. All details of how we do things are listed below. All BoEs and materials such as herbs, mines etc goes to the guild bank.

Raid preparedness
Our ruleset around mains and alts is structured so if you make a mistake and want to re-roll there is room for that. But we have no intention of gearing up someones stable of alts, thus we limit the amount you can switch main and when it comes to alt raiding its a decision left up to leadership if the char is needed or not.
One Main
You have one main that you always sign for raids on, that never changes.
Switch Main
You can switch main once every 90 days. Provided your new main is needed in the core roster and satisfies all Glacier requirements.
Alt Raiding
If you want to raid on alts you can declare those alts to us. You always sign to raids on your main and it is up to leadership which char we need you on.
